Claiming your XpertSea account

Upon purchase confirmation of your XperCount device, XpertSea will create your organization and assign your XperCount device(s) to it. We will also create the first user account within your organization. If you were identified as the primary user within your organization, you will receive an email from XpertSea inviting you to create a password and access your XpertSea account.

If you have not yet set up your account, please check your inbox for an email entitled "Welcome to XpertSea" and follow the enclosed instructions. If you did not receive the email or have misplaced it, please write to us at support@xpertsea.com and we will send you a new one.

Once your account is active, you can sign in from any device via xpertsea.com by clicking on “Log in” in the upper right-hand corner of our website or by typing app.xpertsea.com in your browser's address bar.
