Change or reset your password

Change your password

  1. Sign in to your XpertSea account.
  2. Select Setttings in the sidebar.
  3. Under "Password", enter your current password, followed by your new password, then enter your new password once more to confirm.
  4. Select Save.

Reset your password

  1. From the login page, select Forgot your password?, or click here.
  2. Enter your XpertSea account email address and select Send and an email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you. If you don't get an email:
    1. Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders
    2. Add tech-support@xpertsea.com to your address book.
    3. Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up or sign in to your account.
    4. To request another email, repeat step 1.
  3. Choose a password that you haven't already used with your account.
